Study computer-aided design at JCC
The Computer-Aided Design certificate at Jamestown Community College prepares you for entry-level manufacturing positions in engineering drawing and computer-aided design. After graduation, you can immediately enter the workforce in positions like CAD operator/designer, or quality assurance personnel.
While at JCC, you’ll learn how to use industry-standard CAD-based systems like AutoCAD and SolidWorks. If you want to expand your knowledge, the CAD certificate can ladder directly into an A.A.S. degree in Mechanical Technology with a concentration in design.
